F\u00f6rst fick han dock av en gammal seglare l\u00e4ra sig att ro, allt f\u00f6r att kunna hantera stiltje \u2013 seglarens v\u00e4rsta fiende.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

K<\/span>anske \u00e4r det en alltf\u00f6r m\u00e4nsklig svaghet detta att ta f\u00f6r givet att det alltid ska bl\u00e5sa \u2013 att vinden aldrig ska l\u00e4gga sig och d\u00f6. Har vi inte alla f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntat oss kraftig vindstyrka och full fart fram\u00e5t? V\u00e5rt yrkesm\u00e4ssiga driv liknar ett beroende av den st\u00e4ndiga omv\u00e4xling, utveckling och r\u00f6relse fram\u00e5t som vi \u00e4r vana vid. Detta samtidigt som v\u00e5ra uppdragsgivare, patienterna, tacksamt tar emot hj\u00e4lpen vi \u00e4r vana att kunna ge. Men \u00e4r det m\u00e5nne stiltje vi delvis upplever under p\u00e5g\u00e5ende pandemi?<\/span><\/p>\n

V\u00e5rdbehov ackumuleras, <\/b><\/span>ST-utbildning f\u00f6rdr\u00f6js samtidigt som vi g\u00f6r fasansfulla l\u00e4rdomar om en st\u00e4ndigt muterande virussjukdom. M\u00e5nga av oss bidrar i den direkta pandemiv\u00e5rden, andra f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker f\u00f6rtvivlat planera f\u00f6r patienternas behov. Endast \u00e5rorna \u00e5terst\u00e5r f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rflytta ett enormt skepp fram\u00e5t. V\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 en magisk krusning f\u00f6r att \u00e5nyo kunna hissa segel \u00e4r under stundom outh\u00e4rdlig. Men, stiltje beh\u00f6ver ju n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis inte inneb\u00e4ra tankem\u00e4ssigt stillest\u00e5nd. Kanske kan djupare insikter formas och klokare beslut tas i tider av stiltje utan stillest\u00e5nd? <\/span><\/p>\n

Kanske kan vind fr\u00e5n<\/b><\/span> en annan strand f\u00f6ra med sig andra insikter? Vi har inte valt vinden sj\u00e4lva, erfarenheter g\u00f6r vi dock varje dag \u2013 \u00e4ven i r\u00e5dande l\u00e4ge. Att ro i sakta mak \u00e4r dock en utmaning. \u00c4r det m\u00e5nne s\u00e5 att denna utmanande situation \u00e4ven f\u00f6rst\u00e4rker tv\u00e4rs\u00e4kra \u00e5sikter? I mina olika yrkes- och uppdragsroller m\u00f6ter jag m\u00e5nga sorters m\u00e4nniskor, en del med starka \u00f6vertygelser om att veta b\u00e4st \u2013 ja kanske rentav allt. Alla av oss har ju, inte minst runt covid-19-v\u00e5rden, noterat samma fenomen. Det st\u00e5r i stark kontrast till n\u00e4sta bok jag nyss l\u00e4st och varmt rekommenderar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Skogsmunken Bj\u00f6rn Natthiko Lindeblad <\/b><\/span>\u00e4r aktuell med sin sj\u00e4lvbiografiska bok \u201dJag kan ha fel\u201d. Hans unika livserfarenhet har n\u00e5got att l\u00e4ra oss alla. S\u00e5 sannerligen kan b\u00e5da dessa b\u00f6cker fr\u00e5n olika decennier och med olika inneh\u00e5ll \u00e4nd\u00e5 v\u00e4vas samman med sina livsl\u00e4rande inneh\u00e5ll, \u00e4ven yrkesm\u00e4ssigt.
