Vinnare av priset 2020 blev Alya Al Sadi, ST-l\u00e4kare p\u00e5 kirurgkliniken i Helsingborg. Hon \u00f6verraskades p\u00e5 ett digitalt morgonm\u00f6te i dec\u00adember, d\u00e5 blommor och diplom \u00f6verl\u00e4mnades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utdrag ur SYLF Nordv\u00e4stra Sk\u00e5nes motivering: <\/strong><br \/>\nN\u00e4r man jobbar med Alya vet man att man har gott st\u00f6d oavsett vad som h\u00e4nder. Hon hj\u00e4lper engagerat till med allt fr\u00e5n kluriga patientfall till hand\u00adledning av praktiska moment. Hon tar inte \u00f6ver uppgiften utan st\u00f6ttar oss AT-l\u00e4kare till att klara den sj\u00e4lv med handledning. Hon l\u00e4mnar tydlig och konstruktiv feedback som \u00e4r otroligt viktig f\u00f6r ens utveckling som AT-l\u00e4kare, och som g\u00f6r att man tryggt v\u00e4xer in i l\u00e4karyrket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SYLF V\u00e4stmanland: \u00c5rets kliniska pedagog <\/strong><br \/>\nSYLF V\u00e4stmanlands pris \u201d\u00c5rets kliniska pedagog\u201d gick 2020 till Ola Gustafsson, specialistl\u00e4kare i anestesi och intensivv\u00e5rd i V\u00e4ster\u00e5s. Priset har delats ut sedan 1993 f\u00f6r att uppm\u00e4rksamma och uppmuntra goda handledare och f\u00f6rebilder.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utdrag ur SYLF V\u00e4stmanlands motivering: <\/strong><br \/>\nOla ser till att det finns b\u00e5de tid och utrymme f\u00f6r utbildning i den kliniska vardagen.
